Our first Rail Tour since 2019!

Here at the East Somerset Railway we are so excited to be welcoming our first train tour since 2018! Organised by UK Railtours: Britain’s Favourite Rail Tour Operator, The Westbury Wizzo will be hauled throughout by D1015 ‘Western Champion’. Picking up from stations along the Midland Main Line to Bedford, and then Bletchley and Watford Junction before it makes its way through the suburbs of West London to reach the Great Western main line at Acton. Upon reaching Westbury passengers then have the choice of enjoying the offerings of Westbury, catching a service train to Frome, making their way to Longleat or come to the East Somerset Railway as a supplementary option.

With a variety of options including standard class, first class and dining options, this rail tour looks like it will prove to be a popular experience!
